Order information

What to expect - Every item is hand finished, the photographs are a good representative of the item you will receive, but may not be the exact piece of jewellery photographed.
Your order will be carefully packaged in a sturdy Bola Lyon box and enclosed in a padded envelope, along with an hand written post card. We can offer  gift wrapping and personalised hand written note, simply let us know at checkout.

Delivery

We offer free shipping on all UK orders, these are sent with Royal Mail - Special delivery. Which is tracked, insured and requires a signature upon arrival.

For orders being posted to Europe and the rest of the world a £14 delivery charge will be added. Items will be posted via International Recorded delivery. This ensures your jewellery is fully insured. Please allow an additional 5 working day to receive international orders.

The delivery times on each piece of jewellery will vary depending on if they are ready to ship items or made to order. Please refer to each product page for an accurate estimate.
As a guide here - Please allow up to 5 working day to receive ready to ship items, or 2 weeks if adjustments need to be made to an existing piece.
For made to order or commissions please allow up to 6 weeks from ordering or sizing to receive your piece of jewellery.

Returns and exchange

We hope you will be very happy with your jewellery purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange or refund any - ready to ship orders within 30 days of purchase. The piece of jewellery must be unworn, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging. Please email if you wish arrange a refund or exchange.

Returns are at the customers own risk, please ensure that items are returned securely with a tracked & insured service. Postage fee is at the expense of the customer.
We are unable to offer refunds on jewellery that had been adjusted or made to order. If you wish see and try on an item before purchasing we are more than happy to arrange a workshop visit.
If you are gifting an item, particularly rings - and think it may need sizing or adjusting, we would advise buying the ready to ship size, gifting it and arranging a workshop visit, to either adjust the size or make up a new one to order, this also leaves you with the option of returning the item.
